4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@shlokaa.com of any unauthorised use.

5. Services & Subscriptions

We provide a strategic consulting and digital transformation platform. Features, usage limits, and pricing may vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes including GST. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of your account.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds unless required by applicable law.

8. Data Ownership & Licence

You retain all rights to your Content. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your Content solely for providing the Services.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, reverse-engineer the Services, send spam, or resell access without written consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by QuansStudio or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

QuansStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
